1. What we offer

NaturalizaEC provides information, free tools and paid digital guides about immigration to Ecuador. It is provided by NatuPass.

2. Not an official or legal service

We are not affiliated with the Ecuadorian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility, we do not process applications and we do not give legal advice. Rules, thresholds and fees change: confirm everything on the official page before paying or applying. We do not guarantee that your application will be approved.

3. Digital products

Guides are delivered as PDF/Word files for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute them. If you do not receive your file or it is unreadable, write to us and we will fix it or refund your payment, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under Ecuadorian law.

4. Free tools

Results are orientative and based on official information on the date indicated.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, design, brand and logo belong to their owner. Official information remains the property of the Ecuadorian authorities.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken based on the content.

7. Governing law

The laws of Ecuador apply; Ecuadorian courts have jurisdiction.
